Retail Keyholder; Store

Position: Retail Keyholder (Store 5399)
Game Stop -  - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing Game Stop.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.;
Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.;
Complete Omni-Channel orders daily and support administrative and operational duties.
