St. Anthony of Padua School in Lorain is seeking an innovative, faith-centered educator to join our team as a Math Teacher for grades 6–8 for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for a collaborative and growth-minded professional who is committed to academic excellence and dedicated to supporting the whole child—academically, socially, and spiritually.

• Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned with state standards and 21st-century learning goals.
• Design and implement engaging, differentiated, and authentic learning experiences in mathematics.
• Utilize technology, evidence-based strategies, and ongoing assessment to support and enhance student achievement.
• Provide targeted intervention and remediation in math as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and well-being.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Actively participate in professional development and collaborate within a Professional Learning Community (PLC).
• Maintain accurate records, uphold effective classroom management practices, attend required meetings, and support school initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Building Principal.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
• Valid Ohio teaching license (required)
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Commitment to Catholic education and values
