Assist Store Manager in training assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards for all perishable areas;
Assist Store Manager in maintaining correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various guides and history;
Record Perishable Markdowns, while analyzing causes and taking corrective action to prevent recurrences;
Accurately record inventory levels as requested by the Store Support Center and assist with merchandising practices;
Assist with ensuring sanitation standards and training associates in the Perishable departments per schedule.
