This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Service Technician located in Lorain, OH. The Field Service Technician will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of recycling equipment in the field. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The role also involves interacting professionally with clients to address service needs and provide technical support.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery, with experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, paired with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to effectively assist clients and address inquiries.
• Organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple service appointments and ensure punctual delivery of services.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lorain, OH, and travel to client locations as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of recycling equipment, including balers and compactors, is a plus.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
