Human Resources Generalist

JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

What you will do

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy working closely with hiring managers to execute the strategy
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and new hire onboarding
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the team
  • Manage company intern program
  • Work closely with HR team members and managers to successfully onboard new hires
  • Maintain and /or develop effective training materials for new hires/employees
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results
  • Provide support to employees on various HR related topics such as benefits and resolve issues and problems
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and happy workplace
  • Perform HR related duties as required and assigned.

Who you are

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • 2-4 years of proven recruitment experience
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Must have high initiative, integrity, strong work ethic, effective communication and analytical

skills

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency with HR databases including Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Has mastered the art of networking in order to identify candidates
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Accurate, with acute attention to detail
