Dupuy Group is currently looking to hire an IT Support Technician for their New Orleans office.

What You Will Be Working On

• Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technology related issues.
• This role will also support existing IT staff and the helpdesk in solving problems and completing project work.
• Provide IT assistance to staff and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve/escalate hardware and software related issues.
• Consult with IT staff and other departments as required.
• Training end-users on software functionality.
• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
• Document IT processes and perform diagnostic tests.
• Keep inventory of hardware and equipment.

• High school diploma required.
• Basic level of IT skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted role where day to day activities may vary significantly.
• Willingness to learn on the job.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
