Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, full-service Architecture and Engineering firm that is expanding its architectural team. They are looking for a licensed Architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects, leading teams, and seeing ideas move from early concepts all the way through construction.

In this role you won’t just design – you’ll lead!

Guide projects from initial visioning and design development through construction administration. That means keeping an eye on scope of work, scheduling, and budgets, while ensuring the work stays aligned with client expectations.

You’ll collaborate with in-house engineers, outside consultants, and other partners to keep projects moving along smoothly. Clients will look to you as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, so clear communication and steady leadership are key.

• Active Registered Architect license
• Around 10-15 years of experience in architecture
• A strong history of successfully delivering projects from concept through construction
• Confidence managing budgets, timelines, and multiple moving parts
• Experience working alongside multidisciplinary AEC teams
• Clear, professional communication skills with clients and teammates
• Comfort with current design technology and evolving tools
• A hands‑on, take ownership and follow‑through approach
