Senior Quality Engineer; On-site), non-IT

Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering operations. This role focuses on driving product and process quality, resolving defects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze quality metrics and trends to drive data-based improvements
• Lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), including 5-Whys and countermeasures
• Support tiered management and escalation processes
• Interact with operators to reinforce quality standards
• Facilitate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) reviews
• Perform containment activities for quality issues
• Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
• Support inspection plans and control plans
• Perform internal process audits and respond to CARs
• Review technical documentation and quality requirements
• Support counterfeit part prevention controls
• Lead PFMEA activities
• Apply GD&T to ensure product integrity Drive continuous improvement and ROI-focused initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
• OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 5 years of quality engineering experience
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments preferred
