COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:
Competitive starting pay: $36–$40/hr typical earnings: $90,000–$130,000 per year with bonus.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 after 90 days, $2,500 after 6 months).
Monthly performance-based bonus on top of hourly rate. No commission gimmicks, steady hourly pay plus bonus. W-2 employees, no subcontractors. Multiple positions available.
WORK STRUCTURE:
No weekends (Mon‑Fri only), no on call. Start and end your day from home, no driving to an office or shop. Flexible schedule available (FT, PT, 4‑day workweek).
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Major residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Common brands serviced include Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, Kitchen Aid, Maytag, Thermador, Miele, Sub‑Zero, Wolf, and other major manufacturers.

Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience in appliance repair (sealed system experience not required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
