Pay: $40-$50/hr + SPIFFs & commission

Primary

Job Duties:

* Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

* Provide clear recommendations to homeowners (repair vs. replace)

* Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience

* Work closely with leadership to improve processes, training, and inventory

Requirements:

* 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

* EPA Certification (Universal preferred)

* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

* Experience with repair vs. replacement recommendations

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record

* Strong communication and customer service skills
