Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service & Sales Representative (Progression Role) to join our Lubbock team. This is a hands‑on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while learning the skills needed to manage your own customer route.

After paid training, you'll service customers along a set route, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle.

• $21/hour, with a typical 45+ hour workweek including overtime and on-call pay
• Consistent schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• On-call rotation:
  Once per weekday each month, and one weekend every six weeks.
• Company‑provided resources:
  Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
• Career progression:
  This role prepares you to move into a Service & Sales Representative position, where first‑year earnings typically range from $65,000–$70,000.

• Vacation:
  Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
• Paid Sick Time:
  Up to 40 hours per year
• Paid Holidays: 6 company‑observed holidays + 1 floating holiday
