You will be the Test Engineer for our team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing and maintaining test documents, including test plans, procedures, and scripts
- Coordinating system resources to support testing, including equipment, software, and personnel
- Executing test procedures and analyzing test results to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Supporting test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required
- Working with our team to develop and implement new test methodologies and technologies
- Supporting off‑hours testing and associated projects as needed
This position may require up to 20% overtime annually in support of program execution.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related technical discipline from an accredited college with 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience with common electronic test equipment and schematic reading.
- Ability to implement test requirements based on standard test methodologies and technological solutions.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot root cause for system level failures down to component level.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment.
- Familiarity creating test procedures based upon test requirements.
- Utilization of statistical data analysis as required for test planning.
- Knowledge/experience with ESS testing in the areas of CCA and Sub assemblies utilizing thermal chambers and vibration tables.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and CVI.
- Experience with NI products, specifically Test Stand and LabVIEW.
This position requires a government security clearance and the candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. The selected candidate must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
