Who we are
At Jaipur Robotics, we’re building AI-powered solutions that transform the waste industry — turning complex data into automation, efficiency, and environmental impact. As a fast-growing, VC-backed clean-tech startup based in Switzerland, we work with leading waste operators across Europe and are now scaling our hardware and operations capabilities to support rapid deployment in the field.
What we are looking forWe’re looking for a hands-on, high-potential engineer to support the development, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement of our hardware systems. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of engineering, operations, and field execution.
You’ll work on integrating hardware systems end-to-end
, ensuring seamless interaction between components, and contributing to the development of new products for emerging business units
. From prototyping and testing new solutions to preparing installations and collaborating with suppliers, you’ll gain full exposure to how hardware products are built, deployed, and scaled in a fast-growing robotics company.
You’ll be directly involved in building, testing, and deploying real-world systems used in industrial environments across Europe. This includes hands-on work on prototypes, supporting system integration, and ensuring reliable performance in the field.
You’ll be trusted with real ownership from day one — learning fast, solving practical problems, and contributing directly to both product innovation and operational excellence. If you enjoy working with your hands, taking systems from concept to deployment, and seeing your work operate in real-world conditions, this role is designed for you.
This is a hybrid role. When not traveling for installations or working on hardware, you are welcome to work remotely. We value in-person collaboration for prototyping, testing, system integration, onboarding, and key project phases, with regular time spent at our headquarters in Lugano.
