Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team at a New Nursery in Luton. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies

* Lead and develop a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional childcare practice

* Develop and implement curricula and activities to promote children's learning and development

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community to promote the nursery and its services

* Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the nursery

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager

* Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances

* Ideally, local knowledge of Luton and its community
