Primary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour management
• Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing CPD

• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are welcome to apply
• Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 is desirable

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners
• Adaptability and a flexible approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Relevant degree (e.g. Education or subject-specific)
• Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake training)
