Monthly wage range: $4,206 – $4,626 (anticipated starting salary $4,206)

Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and administer contracts for the University
  • Procure goods and services for faculty, staff, students, and administrative personnel at the best price, quality, and within required timelines
  • Ensure procurement compliance with statutes, governing regulations, and university rules
  • Serve as the University’s Contract Administrator
  • Coordinate with University Legal Counsel and the Vice President for Finance and Administration regarding university business needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a field related to the position
  • Two (2) years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience
  • Master’s degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience
  • Pre‑graduation applicants welcome; degree must be conferred at time of application unless in final semester, in which case degree must be conferred at appointment
