We're looking for Converting and Logistics Operators.

Salary
: $22.518 – $23.774 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and professional certifications.

• Ensure the safe operations of our equipment and the safety of our people
• Maintain the high quality standards of our products and address quality items with a high sense of urgency
• Work with a team of employees to operate and optimize high‑speed equipment and technology, in collaboration with Maintenance and Process Support staff
• Perform product and grade changeovers based on the planned schedule
• Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and/or adjust equipment and technology to maximize performance, and input measurements into computer systems
• Respond to any defects or issues with the machine (lights, alarms, visual indicators) to ensure conformance to company standards
• Handle and feed a variety of raw materials into machinery and equipment to maintain production
• Perform general housekeeping duties to support safety and quality standards

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work with computers
• Must be able to perform shift work on rotation, including nights and weekends
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be organized and have demonstrated the ability to multi-task
