Quality Engineering Co-op Student - Summer

• Lead and participate in product quality improvement initiatives/projects
• Assist in the preparation and execution of product trial runs (paper, packaging, etc.)
• Lead or participate in the development of trial products and studies (ie. feasibility, etc.)
• Facilitate or lead quality improvement events with employees and/or quality teams
• Conduct product testing and data analysis
• Analyze data related to quality checks, quality parameters, and corrective action plans
• Liaison for corporate technical regarding new products and upcoming trials, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Enrolled in Engineering Degree, Science, or Math
• Strong computer skills and statistical analysis (MS Office, Minitab)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Meet or exceed strict deadlines
• Ability to analyze and communicate information effectively and accurately
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be 18 years of age
