Accounting Assistant (Japanese-English Bilingual)
Location: Madison, AL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay rate:
Around $21/hour ～ DOE

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and annual closing activities
- Purchase order (PO) processing and vendor communication
- Sales & Use Tax filings
- Customs-related documentation and research
- Inventory review and accounting adjustments
- Rebate processing and spare parts inventory management
- Support tax filing preparation and project-related invoicing
- Fluent Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Accounting experience is a plus, but not required
