We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving membership sales in a positive studio environment.

• Most team members earn between $16–$20/hour including uncapped commission, with motivated top performers earning even more.

As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting Stretch Lab. You’ll greet members, answer questions, schedule appointments, conduct studio tours, and help prospective clients learn more about our personalized stretching services. This role combines customer service, front desk responsibilities, and sales skills, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping drive business growth.

You’ll also help generate memberships by guiding clients through intro sessions and promoting the value of Stretch Lab’s wellness services. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and sales abilities will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience.

Enjoy flexible part-time scheduling with 4–8 hour shifts. Position requires just one evening shift per week (4 PM–8 PM) and one weekend shift per week (9 AM–2 PM).
