Planview Administrator

Our clientis seeking a dedicated and skilled Planview Administrator to join their dynamic team. As a Planview Administrator you will be an integral part of the Project Management Office supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative environment.

• Collaborate with IT Subject Matter Experts and Business PMOs to gather and analyze business needs for Portfolio implementations.
• Document current systems, processes, and technical specifications to support Portfolio management solutions.
• Lead meetings to define, document, and evaluate requirements for application configuration and usability.
• Engage with vendors to implement necessary changes and ensure application requirements are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application design, configuration, and usability issues.

• Experience using and configuring Planview Portfolios or similar Portfolio Management tools.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical information for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications is preferred.
