Position:  Administrative & Logistics Assistant (F/M)
Our client is the leader on the market of equipments furnitures and retail services (first plan partners all over the world).

We are looking for a person to be part of the team in Madrid and contribute actively to the development of the market.

Main tasks:

- Following of the order processes from A to Z (invoices, quotations,  data entry...).
- "Logistics" management and interface with different internal and external speakers (clients, suppliers, …). for planning, interventions confirmation, crisis management...etc
- Billing tracking and customer requiries.
- Constitution pf administrative files.
Position Requirements
College,   1 to 2 Years work experience
Higher education degree (bac+2) and with ideally with a first significant approach as administrative assistant in logistics or similar, you know how to prioritize and organize your work. .
You have a sens of reactivity and good communication skills with your hierarchy.
Good handle of pack office is mandatory.
You have very good interpersonal skills, autonomous and showing some initiatives.
Languages : French and English. You should be able to speak in Spanish for "daily conversation".
