Stryker Joint Replacement Division Hip Business Unit is currently seeking a

* ** er, New Product Development**  (NPD) to support the Hip Business Unit. This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah, NJ.

As the  
** Senior Engineer** , you'll play a key role in developing advanced components and systems for joint replacement solutions.

** What You Will Do*
* + Research, design, and verify components/modules for medical devices with minimal supervision

+ Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and sub-system level designs

+ Prototype and analyze solutions to validate concepts

+ Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Marketing teams

+ Create and refine engineering documentation, including Design History Files

+ Ensure compliance with design controls and risk management per our Quality Management System

+ Support project success through ownership, prioritization, and effective communication

** What You Need*
* ** Required*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)

+ Minimum 2 years of engineering experience

** Preferred*
* + Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practices

+ Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and models using GD&T and CAE tools

+ Experience applying materials and manufacturing knowledge to product design

+ Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and concepts to cross-functional teams

$93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
