** Senior Engineer**, you’ll play a key role in developing advanced components and systems for joint replacement solutions.

** What You Will Do
*** Research, design, and verify components/modules for medical devices with minimal supervision
* Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and sub-system level designs
* Prototype and analyze solutions to validate concepts
* Apply engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Marketing teams
* Create and refine engineering documentation, including Design History Files
* Ensure compliance with design controls and risk management per our Quality Management System
* Support project success through ownership, prioritization, and effective communication
** What You Need
**** Required
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical preferred)
* Minimum 2 years of engineering experience
** Preferred
* ** Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design practices
* Proficiency in creating engineering drawings and models using GD&T and CAE tools
* Experience applying materials and manufacturing knowledge to product design
* Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and concepts to cross-functional teams $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
