This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established, experienced SEND team on a short‑term contract until July 2026, to provide individualised support to key students with SEND and help them effectively access learning across the curriculum and make progress with personalised SEN outcomes and provision targets.

• Provide individualised support to key students with SEND.
• Assist students in accessing learning across the curriculum.
• Help students progress with personalised SEN outcomes and provision targets.
• Contribute to the implementation of key strategies to support students with SEND.
• Support the ongoing development of practice in particular areas of SEND.
• Benefit from further professional development as part of the expert team.

• Experience working with students with SEN and disability.
• Experience with both primary and secondary school settings preferred.
• Passion for supporting students and removing barriers to learning.
