Are you a Powered Access Engineer with CAP qualification looking to join a rapidly growing company offering door-to-door pay, unlimited overtime, and clear progression opportunities into senior and management positions, with your time split between field-based work and depot-based maintenance?

This expanding company specialise in the hire and maintenance of powered access equipment across the UK. Established in 2021, they already operate a fleet of over 1,000 machines and continue to grow through new depots and increasing demand from clients within construction, industrial, and facilities management sectors.

In this field-based role, you will service, maintain, inspect, and repair a wide range of powered access equipment across customer sites throughout the Home Counties. You will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown work, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a powered access background looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent overtime potential, modern equipment, and genuine career progression within a fast-growing business.

The Role:

* Service, maintain, inspect, and repair powered access equipment

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

* Cover customer sites across the Home Counties

The Person :

* Experience as a Powered Access Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar

* CAP licence or working towards qualification

* Mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience

* Full UK driving licence
