Neighbourhood Response Officer

Location:

Maidstone – County Gate – Hybrid. Salary: £37,607 - £43,780 per annum pro rata (£18,803 pro rata'd).

Hours:

18 hours per week – Monday & Tuesday all day & Wednesday 9-1pm. Contract type:
Permanent.

This is a rare and exciting position for a Customer‑Focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join the Kent team covering, but not limited to, the Tonbridge & Malling area. You will work collaboratively with residents and external agencies to keep estates clean and safe, identify and deliver improvements, support vulnerable customers and address and prevent anti‑social behaviour.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting shadow visits and attending office training and induction.
• Attending the office at least one day per month for meetings.
• Traveling across the Kent region as required; access to a vehicle is essential. Occasional travel to the South region may be needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel across the Kent region and own vehicle.
• Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
