Special Event Coordinator

Seasonal Part Time and Full Time Positions Available

• Provide fantastic customer service
• Works with Entertainment Lead to develop the Point Sebago FUN Experience… aka "Lifestyle"
• Conducts quality checks of activities and entertainment(.i.e. equipment, activities, staff interactions with guests, grounds)
• Identify areas of risk (weather, events, or staffing)
• Leading and hosting entertainment/activities events
• Working with activities staff to ensurea high-quality experience
• Compiling and reviewing participants’ feedback toidentifyareas for improvement
• Enforcing safety regulations
  
  State, Cove and workplace safety
• All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in entertainment and recreation related field preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certified preferred

• Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
• Team player
• Highly organized
• Passionate about entertainment and recreation
• Comfortable on a microphone in front of guests
• Ability to provide experiences to guests of all ages
• Ability to make critical decisions
