• Providing authentic customer service that creates lasting impressions.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Educating customers on products, building rapport, and fostering lasting relationships.
• Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
• Managing cash and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
• Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for brand lifestyles.
• Excellent communication skills.
