Snelling - - Responsibilities:
Supervise personnel and oversee quality inspectors to ensure production quality;
Conduct team meetings and training; manage development, records, and certifications of inspectors;
Review inspection documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency; coordinate with QM/QE and Production teams;
Drive quality process improvements and support QMS document implementation;
Coordinate with Quality Engineer for first article inspections and communicate issues to minimize downtime
