Position:  Spanish/ Portuguese/ German/ French Support Desk Agent
Open Access Marketing has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. The Support Desk Multi Language Agent establishes high quality customer relationships using informational resources and product technical knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of external inbound customer and/or sales agent inquiries for a computer retail shops
• Transact routine non-financial activity on customer accounts with accuracy and appropriateness
• Ability to handle most customer interactions independently.
• Ability to explain basic, general product information in functional area.
• Assist team members daily to complete work in order to meet departmental, organizational and regulatory standards.
• Ability to leverage critical thinking skills when deciding when or when not to escalate customer tickets to next-level support channels
• Effective decision making based on comprehensive case analysis
• Demonstrate valuable interpersonal skills
Position Requirements
Bachelor,   Less than 1 Year work experience
Basic Qualifications:

• Associates, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
• Accountable, ethical, good decision-making ability
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish/ Portuguese/ German/ French communication skills required
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask
• Interest in Sales and in Crypto-currencies is a plus
Required Language Skills:
  • French - Very good
  • Spanish - Very good
  • German - Very good

Training & Development:

Support Desk Multi Language Agent /s will undergo a comprehensive paid online training program to learn about the crypto-currencies, crypto-tokens industry, product and policy provisions and eventually, transaction processing. Coaching and feedback will be provided to help agents gain the necessary skills to be successful.
