Responsibilities
Familiarizes oneself and trains on the technical aspects of all Madi equipment
Analyzes work orders and plans daily route accordingly
Installs equipment at client site maintaining quality and professionalism
Actively listens to customers requests and complaints and suggests improvements when applicable
Examines job at hand and avail needed components in order to complete it
Performs minor building and electrical tasks as per required
Adheres to safety measures at all times
Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Preserves customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance, attitude and professional appearance to reflect a good image of the company
Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures
Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager
