The WorkCandidates will be responsible for supporting environmental qualification tests (EQT), lead in all daily activities such as performing unit tests after training, providing status and action item tracking, assist with test generation procedures and be cognizant of tracking of daily activities and EQT metrics and assist EQT leads with report generation and reviews.
Full time on-site M-F 8‑hour workday is expected.

Basic QualificationsTwo‑year Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience / combine education with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent.
Additional specialized training, technical training with demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical engineering tasks.
Candidate is not expected to be an expert in EQT (Environmental Qualification Testing), but able to learn through other team members and/or be able to support some of the following: shock, vibration ambient noise, power systems, thermal, humidity, vacuum pressure, and Electro‑Magnetic Interference (EMI) testing.
Desired SkillsPrior knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems as they relate to environmental testing such as shock, vibration, acoustic noise, power and electrical systems, thermal, humidity, vacuum pressure and EMI testing and the military specifications requirements of each.
Works independently, proactively, and comfortable with all forms of communication e‑mail, chat, telephone and in person to obtain status and/or solve issues in a timely manner.
Works well with the team. Build effective relationships proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel.
Experience with hands on assembly at home or work, (automobile repair, electrical and mechanical maintenance, manufacturing hands on build and assembly experience, etc.)

Ability to Work RemotelyOnsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
