** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to all personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining an armed presence in accordance with post orders and applicable guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document security-related concerns, observations, and incidents according to site procedures.

+ Support emergency and routine response activities by communicating with site contacts, public emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, and operational needs.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess an armed guard card or license.

+ Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
