Position Overview

Permanent Quantity Surveyor role, £55,000 - £60,000 package, office-based in Manchester.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a key project within the business, working closely with the commercial lead and wider delivery team.

• Managing subcontract procurement and package management
• Valuations, variations, and monthly reporting
• Cost control, forecasting, and budget management
• Working collaboratively with site and design teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company processes

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of standard forms of contract
• Experience on new build projects (hotel, commercial, residential or similar)
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach

• Salary of £55,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
