• Supervised multi-skilled operatives delivering kitchen, bathroom, and wetroom refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties
• Allocated daily workloads and coordinated installation teams to ensure works were completed efficiently and to programme
• Ensured operatives attended the correct properties and carried out works in line with specifications, schedules, and tenant requirements
• Monitored progress across multiple properties, maintaining productivity and minimising disruption to residents
• Liaised with site management, housing officers, tenants, subcontractors, and other trades to support smooth project delivery
• Resolved on-site installation issues promptly to maintain workflow and avoid delays to property handovers
• Maintained high standards of health & safety, quality control, and customer care within occupied housing environments
• Conducted regular inspections and ensured completed works met company standards and social housing compliance requirements
• Supported the successful delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes within social housing contracts
