We’re supporting a well‑established, technology‑focused consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in its AI and data capability. With a strong focus on innovation, engineering quality, and responsible AI delivery, they are looking to appoint an experienced AI Engineering Lead to help shape and scale their growing function.

You’ll take ownership of leading and developing a high‑performing AI engineering function, helping shape technical standards, delivery quality, and engineering best practices across multiple projects.

This role offers a blend of strategic leadership, client engagement, and hands‑on technical delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to design and deploy scalable AI solutions into production environments.

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring engineers, driving capability development, and evaluating emerging technologies across AI, machine learning, and LLM ecosystems. Alongside this, you’ll support workshops, solution design sessions, and technical decision‑making while ensuring solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned to business outcomes.
