Location: Salford
Energy Jobline ZR is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join LIMA's Service Desk team in Salford. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing customer incidents, and providing escalation support in line with ITIL processes.
The ideal candidate should have proven technical credentials across various infrastructure technologies and excellent communication skills. They will work to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to SLAs and will be involved in planned release management processes.
