We’re looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our growing Service & Infrastructure function—someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and making a real impact on business-critical systems.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Application Support team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our applications running smoothly and our users supported.

  • Monitor and maintain application performance, ensuring systems are reliable and available
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver fast resolutions
  • Support upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal business disruption
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to systems and processes
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused support to internal and external users
What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:
  • Experience (or strong interest) in application support within an IT environment
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Some knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, APIs, or system integrations
  • Understanding of networking basics (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
  • Familiarity with tools like Service Now, Splunk, or New Relic (or similar)
  • Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues clearly
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine enthusiasm to develop your skills
  • Work on business-critical applications that make a real impact
