You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000 employees , working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support . What You’ll Be Doing Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access Supporting users with:
Windows and Mac OS Office 365 Active Directory VPN connectivity Mobile devices Managing tickets via Service Now Supporting device management using Jamf Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role Strong knowledge ideally of the following:
Windows OS and Mac Active Directory Office 365 Service Now (or similar ticketing systems) VPN troubleshooting Mobile device support Jamf (desirable) Azure

Hours:
