Operations Manager - Negotiable + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

We are recruiting for a growing Facilities Management organisation who have their Head Office in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Operations Manager who has experience of growing a Maintenance Division and winning service contracts within FM. This role would suit someone who wants to lead a business and take ownership of its direction regionally or nationally, with the drive and experience of delivering sales and managing day-to-day operations.

This role will lead to a Board Directorship position.

Operations Manager - Package

• Lead and grow the maintenance division and secure service contracts within FM
• Drive sales and manage day-to-day operations
• Possibly progress towards board-level leadership and direction of the business

• Ideally based within a distance of the Head Office; based there or willing to be based there
• Will consider candidates across the North West
• Demonstrable Operations & Business Development acumen with Account Management retention & delivery – Essential
• FM selling experience – Essential
• CRM competency and report writing – Essential
• UK-wide travel required with occasional overnight stays – Essential
• FM background – Essential

This would suit someone who has worked for a Facilities Management or Soft services organisation or within other allied industries.
