Position: Japanese Booking Specialist
Industry: BPO

Salary: P 66,500-P100,000
Schedule: Shifting schedule with 2 days off
Location: EDSA-Mandaluyong

• Assist customers’ inquiries or concerns regarding their online bookings and payments through phone call, chat, and email
• Assist in booking or rebooking hotels or flights accommodations, and also for canceling booked flights/accommodations
• Respond in delayed or canceled booked flights or hotel reservation or accommodation
• May assist in suggesting available hotels or flights or accommodation whether for travels or business trips
• 70% Japanese, 30% English and 75% phone call, 25% email
Recruitment Process

• Spelling
• Data Entry
• Customer Service Scenarios
• Typing test
3. English reading and writing comprehension exam
4. Japanese Translation Test
5. Operations interview in English and Japanese

Position Requirements
College,   Less than 1 Year work experience
• Filipino fluent in Japanese (speaking, listening, and writing) and at least conversational in English
• Preferably Half-Japanese or Filipino who grew up or studied in Japan
• Fluent in oral and written Keigo and Kanji
• JLPT N1-N3 passer/level (Certificate not required)
• At least high school graduate
• Open for no CSR experience or Fresh graduate as long as with extensive Japanese culture
• With BPO or CSR experience using Japanese language is a big advantage but not required
Required Language Skills:
  • Japanese - Good
