We're seeking a polished Project Manager to oversee corporate and commercial interior projects across Manhattan, delivering high‑quality, fast‑track builds. Client Details Our client is a well‑respected interiors general contractor with a strong presence in NYC, delivering high‑end corporate and commercial fit‑outs.

Known for their collaborative culture and consistent pipeline, they offer a stable environment with exciting, design‑driven projects. Description Manage corporate/commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile A successful Project Manager should have:
Proven experience managing corporate or commercial interiors projects in NYC. Strong understanding of fast‑paced fit‑out work and tight deadlines. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
