CDL A Driver ATV Deliveries-- at Wick TR Mansfield, OH

Position Overview

CDL-A Truck Drivers with one year of Class A driving experience in the last five years– with at least 6 months in the last 24 months– run dedicated account delivering ATVs earning $90,000–$100,000 per year with a sign‑on bonus of $6,000.

• Drivers will earn $0.58–$0.60 CPM.
• Earn a ranger fee of $75 per load.
• Securement fee of $12 per ATV.

At each dealership the driver will set up the ramps, unload the ATVs into the dealership, replace the ramps, and proceed to the next stop.

• Deliveries are generally during business hours but can be later.
• Top drivers average 2,770 miles per week; fleet average is approximately 2,665 miles.
• Drivers are expected to run 14–21 days followed by 3–4 days off.
• Truck home allowance is permitted.

Sign‑On Bonus total $6,000. Paid as $1,000 after first load, $2,500 at the 6‑month mark, and the remaining at the one‑year mark.

• Medical, Dental, and PTO start on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
• 401(k) participation available Day One.
• Pets allowed from Day One; rider age 12 and older.

• One full year of Class A Tractor Trailer experience in the last five years with at least 6 months in the last 24 months.
• No more than 4 moving violations in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last year (personal or commercial).
• No major moving violations in the last three years (including head‑on, rear‑end, rollover, ran off road, fatality, lane change/side swipe, hit & run, failed to report, or leaving scene of accident).
• No more than 3 minor at‑fault incidents or accidents in the last three years and no more than 2 in the last year.
• Must have passed a DOT drug test; no history of failed or refused test.
• No DUI (personal) in the last ten years and no more than one in a lifetime.
• No felonies in the last ten years. Other criminal activity will be reviewed.
• Physical job: must be able to strap carts and unload them.
