• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks
• 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas
• Flat screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Ergonomically designed seats and steering position

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced and dispatches safely and legally. Drivers run loads in the same manner. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States; we never dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City. The truck is maintained regularly and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. They feel at home and know their dispatchers by name.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. We pay for loaded and empty practical miles – up to 5–7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are offered. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
