Maaco Mansfield is a $5.2M collision repair business that has grown 20%+ every year — and we're building the team to take it further. We need a Porter who keeps things moving: vehicles, customers, and the day-to-day flow of a busy shop. This is a hands‑on, active, on-your-feet role that touches every part of the operation.

• Move vehicles in and out of the shop as directed — safely, promptly, and without being asked twice
• Stage vehicles for check‑in, repair handoff, and delivery in the correct lot location at the right time
• Ensure vehicles are in the right place at the right time throughout the repair process

• Transport customers to and from home, work, or rental locations when dropping off or picking up their vehicle
• Represent Maaco Mansfield professionally in every shuttle interaction — you are the last or first impression
• Coordinate shuttle schedule with the CSR so no customer is left waiting

• Coordinate rental vehicle logistics for customers who need transportation during repairs
• Communicate with rental companies and customers on availability, pickup, and return
• Track outstanding rentals and ensure returns align with vehicle delivery timelines

• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date log of all vehicles currently on the lot — location, status, and charge level for applicable vehicles
• Monitor charge status on electric and hybrid vehicles and flag any concerns to the CSR or Sales Manager
• Ensure no vehicle is lost, misplaced, or unaccounted for at any point in the repair cycle

• Support the CSR as needed — vehicle staging for walk‑in estimates, bringing vehicles up for delivery, assisting with check‑in logistics
• Be the person who fills the gap — whatever the front‑of‑house team needs done, you do it without being asked twice

• Bring vehicles to the front for customer delivery and fleet driver pickup
• Assist with delivery walk‑arounds and ensure the vehicle is presentable and staged correctly before the customer arrives
• Support the CSR during busy delivery periods so no customer waits

You drive carefully and professionally — whether you're moving a customer's $60,000 vehicle two spots in the lot or taking a customer home across town. You treat every vehicle like it's your own.

You notice when something's out of place and you fix it. You don't walk past a problem — you own it. The lot is organized, the vehicles are where they should be, and customers feel taken care of from the moment they arrive.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — this is non‑negotiable
• Reliable, punctual, and present — if you're not here, vehicles don't move and customers wait
• Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles including electric and hybrid models
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods in an outdoor shop environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor — you interact with customers daily
