OA are looking to hire Assembly Technicians for a Temporary to Permanent role in Mansfield, with full training provided.

• Full training provided, no industry experience needed

• Assemble small, intricate components with precision
• Work with fine connectors, cable assemblies, and shielding parts
• Use specialist tools (full training provided)
• Follow detailed instructions and high-quality standards
• Begin in a structured training school before progressing

• Experience in hands‑on, precision‑based work
• Patience, focus, and pride in quality
• Reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• 2 References required for your Production Operative application
