Overview

To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning. Develop, support, and sustain implementation of rigorous scholar learning through differentiated, extended, and enriched (DEE) instruction and opportunities. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to ensure scholars are engaged in challenging learning and discover their unique interests and strengths.

Facilitate and support the implementation of English Language Arts and Math academic challenges, support development of individual scholar goals and independent scholar projects, and collaborate with building leaders to identify, plan, and deliver DEE instruction and opportunities. Monitor the fidelity of DEE implementation; initiate and sustain collaboration within and across departments, programs, and sites to improve achievement; make appropriate and equitable use of resources and technologies;

maintain contact and communication with staff, administrators, scholars, guardians/caregivers and community, state, and federal agencies; collaborate within and across departments, programs, and sites; implement the goals and objectives of the district, school, program, or department; provide in-person, synchronous learning and support when applicable; participate in district, building, and department leadership activities. Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the program, building and/or district at the discretion of the supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teachers and leaders to design and deliver DEE instruction and opportunities.
  • Monitor and support student goals, projects, and individualized plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders including staff, administrators, scholars, guardians/caregivers, and external agencies.
  • Represent the district in professional activities and leadership roles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • MN teaching license in appropriate field, OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willingness to obtain an Out of Field Permission.
  • If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 license.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Classroom teaching experience preferred.
Salary and Employment Details

Salary:
View salary grid on Pages 51 - 52 of the teacher's contract Education Minnesota Osseo.

FTE: 1.0 (0.4 Oak View Elementary, 0.6 Weaver Lake Elementary).

Start Date: 08/30/2026.

Bargaining unit:
