Position: On-Call French and French Immersion Teaching Positions Available
Embrace the opportunity to enhance student learning as a French & French Immersion Teacher on call. Ideal candidates possess fluent French skills and experience in immersive education while supporting diverse learners in a vibrant community.

This role involves being part of a dedicated team, providing critical support to K-12 education. Qualified candidates will engage with students across various settings and contribute to a rich learning environment. Those in this position will be expected to work a minimum of 90 shifts annually, bringing experience and passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct French Immersion classes for diverse student groups

• Provide support in classroom settings as needed

• Collaborate with staff to enhance student engagement

• Attend training to improve teaching methodologies

• Adapt teaching materials to various learning styles

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching French Immersion preferred

• Fluent in oral and written French

• Education degree with relevant coursework

• Valid BC Teaching Certificate & TQS card

• Membership eligibility with Teacher Regulation Branch
