You will have the chance to complete a post graduate specialty nursing program while working in NICU. Successful candidates will engage in direct patient care alongside an interprofessional team and enhance their competencies within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients using observation and communication skills

• Collaborate to develop and modify patient care plans

• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks appropriately

• Teach patients and family about health maintenance

• Document care and interventions according to standards

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse

• Willingness to undertake post graduate specialty training

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

• Physical ability to perform required duties
